Tasting notes: a full-bodied wine made of grapes grown on soils rich in iron and limestone, recognisable by their bright purple colour. Characterised by cinnamon scents, pepper and nutmeg, by a fresh and lively cherry flavour, blueberry and black currants, and the aroma of pennyroyal, shows a dry finish that induces to a new sip. Excellent meditation wine to be also paired with any consistent taste dish, and with ethnic and spicy food.
