Tasting notes: from 100% Cabernet franc, one between the two top wines of the estate, produced only when the grapes have reached an optimal ripeness and are perfect. The vineyards lays on the side of the hill, long the stone hand-made terracings, made according to the old tradition, perfect due the iron-rocky composition of the soil, and the exposition to the sun light. This wine shows a rich and sophisticated bouquet, ricognizable due to the tobacco, leather, leaves scent; furthermore the flavours and the aromas of undergrowth, juniper, liquorice and cocoa. Showing an intense, ruby tone or red, the wine displays fresh and pleasant tannins, well integrated thanks to the good balance with the acidity. A dandy, elegant wine with a high attitude to the long ageing.
